Très bien accueillis, hôtel agréable, confort absolu dans les chambres, bien chauffé. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien. Hôtes d'accueil serviables et aimables. Restaurant gastronomique, fin et savoureux. Prix élevés mais la prestation est au rendez-vous.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff for the lovely and relaxing stay at the Hotel Stadt Freiburg. The very courteous and friendly staff frame the warm, family atmosphere. It is not a given to experience such open-minded, competent and determined and careful staff. Here you are not just a guest - you are also perceived as a person. The rooms are very clean and modern. The breakfast, which we booked, leaves nothing to be desired. In a warm, very nice and friendly atmosphere, we enjoyed a wide selection of delicious regional products. With such warm care, the start to the day could not be better. The price/performance ratio is reasonable when you consider the comfort you experience and the possibilities that the optimal location opens up. For longer stays, the very stylishly furnished apartments, which the hotel also offers, are the perfect accommodation. The location of the Hotel Stadt Freiburg is excellent (immediate shopping arcade, restaurant, bakery, pharmacy). The city is easy to reach (about 20 minutes on foot or a few minutes thanks to a very good connection to the S-Bahn). We also had an incredibly lovely evening in the hotel's own restaurant. We enjoyed unforgettable cuisine in a very stylish ambience. We enjoyed every visual highlight of the individual courses and every aroma and smile. Starting with the reception and explanations of the evening's schedule and the wine accompaniment, the courses were a real delight. The quality of the products used was remarkable and the service impeccable. A big thank you also to Mr Dahlinger and his team for the excellently composed menu at a high level. The entire fantastic team offered us an unforgettable experience. You can't thank a wonderful team enough that is characterized by competence, commitment, care and friendliness. We are already looking forward to seeing them again.

It is a fantastic hotel, I stayed two nights and I loved it, one of the best I have found doing tours in Germany. 📍 The location is not central but if you like to walk in half an hour you can get to the center, and if not the tram stops practically at the door and drops you off in 7 minutes at Bartoldsbrunnen (next to Martin's Gate, in the entire center of the main Street). 🛏️ The room was great: single with large bed, A/C, wardrobe, side tables, desk, armchairs, kettle,... Very spacious and well equipped. 🚽 Super clean bathroom, shower tray and complimentary gel/shampoo and moisturizing cream. 🧆 I loved the dinners at your restaurant, healthy food and very well cooked. Going in a group we ate self-service but everything was still super delicious. 🥐 Quite complete buffet breakfasts, with cold cuts, cheeses, scrambled eggs, etc... 📶 Good Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel. 🤵🏻‍♀️🤵🏻 Super, super friendly staff. They treated me wonderfully, they attended to my requests and always in a super friendly manner, both at reception and in the restaurant, who even encouraged me to learn Spanish. 🐕 Dog friendly. 🏋🏻‍♀️ It has a gym.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut erreichbar, die Trambahn hält vor der Tür, man kommt schnell zum Hauptbahnhof und zur dahinterliegenden Innenstadt. Der Bau ist modern, alles ist gut eingerichtet. Der Check-in war freundlich und engagiert, auch das Auschecken unkompliziert. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Das WLAN funktioniert unkompliziert und ohne Macken. Was mich etwas irritiert hat: das Bett rollt (rutscht?) im Zimmer, zumindest diese Nacht hatte ich Pech auf meinem Flur war es sehr laut (dafür kann das Hotel nichts, spricht aber ein bisschen für hellhörig), die Handtücher im Bad waren etwas dünn für ein 4* Hotel. Insgesamt gibts ein "sehr gut" und ich würde gerne auch wiederkommen.

Ik kreeg in een kamer in het andere gebouw. Die zijn werkelijk fantastisch, nog redelijk nieuw, ruim en met een keukentje in de kamer. Erg mooi. Het eten vond ik van mindere kwaliteit (ik heb ontbijtbuffet en lunch buffet genomen), maar misschien is dat wel lastig als het een grote groep is? Het was gemiddeld eten, niet goed, maar ook niet slecht

Super Hotel mit tollem Serice und sehr guter Küche. Ein Highlite ist das phänomenale Frühstück. Alles in allem immer wieder ein Erlbnis. Das Biker-Arrangement ist immer eine Buchung wert. Letztlich auch eine sehr zentrale Lage mir bester ÖPNV-Verbindung.

Besuche dieses Hotel mehrmals im Jahr. Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich, besonders wird man Morgens beim Frühstück sehr nett begrüßt. Perfekt für Geschäftsreisen. Straßenbahn hält 2 Minuten entfernt, somit auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt um in Die Innenstadt zu fahren (15 Minuten).

Ich bin bereits am Vormittag angereist und habe wieder Erwarten bereits mein Zimmer bekommen. Das hat mich sehr gefreut! Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und persönlich. Das Hotel verfügt über eine sehr großzügige Tiefgarage. Das Zimmer 317 ließ keine Wünsche offen! Sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand! Das Restaurant habe ich nicht getestet, dafür aber die Bar. Das Team dort war durchschnittlich freundlich, was nach der sehr guten Erfahrung an der Rezeption auffiel. Das Frühstück bietet sehr viele frische, regionale Zutaten und war zu jedem Zeitpunkt ordentlich aufgefüllt. Ein schneller, freundlicher Checkout rundeten das positive Erlebnis ab. Zwei Dinge sind mir besonders positiv aufgefallen: Endlich ein Hotel, das nicht sofort nach einer Kreditkarte fragt und der Getränkeautomat auf den Etagen (inkl. gutem Wein) ist eine viel bessere Idee als eine überteuerte Minibar!

Wir haben im Hotel Stadt Freiburg für eine Nacht gebucht, da in der Stadt ein Musikfestival stattgefunden hat. Die Hotelangestellten waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Zimmer war sehr hell und mit schöner Aussicht auf den Garten. Das Frühstück, was mir immer ziemlich wichtig ist, war sehr ausgewogen und frisch. Der einzige Kritikpunkt war die kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage.
