Tuniberg Restaurant Hotel

Simple and functional hotel, you find everything you need. Comfortable and clean rooms, excellently soundproofed. Very kind and friendly staff. Complete and abundant breakfast. If you want to have dinner at the restaurant, you will also make a good choice.

Small but very nice hotel, family atmosphere. 11 rooms in total, on 2 floors, no elevator. We were in a room for a family of 4, with a separate children's room from the parents' room, large, bright bathroom. We found the room very clean upon arrival. The hotel is very close to the highway, 5 minutes from Freiburg, in a quiet and peaceful suburban area. The staff is originally from the Balkan area, some do not speak German well, but they were kind and helpful. Decent breakfast, with limited choice but good quality. There is no air conditioning in the room, only fans, and there is no fridge, which would have been useful in the summer, especially since we stayed there for several nights. Small wardrobe and drawers for 4 people. There is no support for suitcases and the small room was missing lights next to the bed and sockets. Over the days the cleaning was less thorough unfortunately, some hair was visible on the floor. Very good price. The hotel has a restaurant with kitchen open until 9 pm, which offers German dishes and Balkan cuisine.

Nice room, simple but nothing needed for a short stay. Very clean, just the pillows a little too big for my taste. Easy access from the highway and convenient parking. Very good buffet breakfast. Good value for money!

Comfortable and welcoming room for four, everything very clean and tidy, large bathroom with tub. Simple and functional furnishings, 15 km from Freiburg. It also has a nice restaurant where you can eat all the typical local specialties, very kind and helpful staff.
