5-Star Review: Full Moon Inn Bed and Breakfast We were eagerly anticipating our stay at the Full Moon Inn Bed and Breakfast, but unfortunately, a tragic car accident landed us in the hospital during the time we were scheduled to be there. While we never had the chance to physically experience the beautiful property, what we did experience was something even more profound—the extraordinary kindness and compassion of the people who run it. When we informed them of our situation, their response was filled with so much heart and love that it brought us to tears. They even issued us a refund, which they absolutely didn’t have to do. This act of kindness spoke volumes about their values—they weren’t just thinking about business but about people. Their decision to put people above money showed the depth of their compassion and the kind of loving hearts they have. It’s clear that the Full Moon Inn isn’t just a business; it’s an extension of the God-filled hearts of the people behind it. Their care and understanding during such a difficult time meant more to us than words can express. When our family is better, we will absolutely book again and come see all of them in person! We are deeply grateful for their prayers, thoughtfulness, and generosity. We can’t wait to experience their warmth and hospitality firsthand. My son-in-law drove his own car. We drove another car because he had to leave after one night due to work. I verbally told the owner this and she still charged me for him 2 nights. I called and explained again and that the charge should have been one night. She said there was a no refund policy and would not credit me back the $35 that I was overcharged. Not happy that the owner would charge a customer more money that than were due!
