Love their beddings! Like new! Two room suites with sliding door dividers really helps since it gives my wife private space while I work late at the desk in the front room. Hans welcomed us at check in and made us feel special & valued as customers. When we visit Fredericksburg for business or pleasure, we always stay here. It is located close to everything. The breakfast is great, and if requested, made to order! This is our go to place for now on! Thanks

Nice suite. Lots of room! Strong odor of air freshener when we walked in, I think because room smelled a little moldy when AC turned off. AC was cold. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was large but had issues. Tub with shower had no handrails nor safety skids in bottom of tub. It was slippery and dangerous. Breakfast was usual fare just about all hotels use (Sysco?). Eggs were cold. Sausage did not look appetizing, so I opted for bacon. Very slow elevator. Hotel had nice decor but should spend moey where it counts, like the shower! Overall, it was OK.

The inside was very nice, the breakfast was sooo good! And the backyard area was so nice and the pool stays open until 11 so that was nice for a night swim.

The room was nice but the bathroom could have been more senior-friendly. No grab bars in tub for those who like a shower. No rubber mat in bottom of tub for safety. Also, the breakfast food was not warm enough. No microwave in kitchen to heat up food.

Gross and pungent - not, rustic.
For nearly $300 a night, this place did not deliver. Total disappointment. The hotel is in desperate need of a major renovation. The interior is cheap 1990’s.. Carpet it old, shower curtain is mildewed. When we walked into the room, there was an overwhelming smell of commercial cleaning supplies and detergent. The smell of the sheets was so strong - that our pajamas smelled and, in turn, made all of the clothes in our suitcase smell. The TVs are early 2000’s and small. The numbers on the remote were worn off - to give you an idea of how old they were. The pictures and description of this place are deceiving - it’s not rustic and charming. The whole feel was more cheap motel than hotel. Bummer - because it’s so close to Main St. To top things off - we found a cockroach in the bathtub when we woke up. Hard pass. We stayed one night - and, that was one night too long.
