Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel. Das EZ geräumig mit großem Bett, Schreibtisch und kleiner Sitzecke. Großes Badezimmer, alles toll. Kaffee und Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Freundlicher Empfang durch den Gastgeber. Sehr empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank

Absolutely shocking experience. Booked in advance, 1 week before arrival at their busiest time due to euros, my father had a heart attack and rushed for surgery! Hotel cancelled my room rented it out and charged someone else and charged me £500 to cancel! Staff extremely rude when I asked for refund! Will be making every site aware of there behaviour and compassion towards guests

Eine Entdeckung! Unerwartet GRANDIOS! Professionell, zügige Rückmeldungen, sympathischer Kontakt und super-freundlicher Umgang. Das Zimmer entsprach allen (hohen) Ansprüchen / tolles Bett / feine „Extras“ z.B. ausreichend Kaffeekapseln. Ein „wir kommen gerne wieder - Hotel“

Wir waren positiv überrascht, das Zimmer war Modern eingerichtet. Sicher hätten wir in Köln nicht so eine kriegt.Obwohl der Stadt Frechen vom Kölner Dom 12 km ist war ein Besuch wert.Auch ohne Auto gut mit dem Straßenbahn erreichbar. Einfach alles super.Wir danken an den Jungen Mann der unser Zimmer geputzt hat.Einfach toll gemacht der Putz Hase.
