Fantastic location within walking distance to Namdaemun market, Myeongdong, City Hall. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Will certainly not hesitate to recommend to friends and family

The room was very clean and comfortable. The cleaning lady was very polite! Especially the front desk clerk, who enthusiastically helped with the luggage. The front desk lady also communicated in Chinese and helped me figure out how to take the Incheon Airport Express from Seoul Station. Thank you very much!!! Korean can be communicated with translation software, which is also very smooth and convenient! The transportation is very convenient. The bus stops for various lines, such as Line 7021, Line 750A, etc., are just opposite the hotel. It only takes 3 stops to go to Myeongdong. It only takes about 5 minutes to walk to Seodaemun Subway Station. It only takes one bus stop to go to Seoul Railway Station, and then take the Airport Express Line to reach Incheon Airport T1 or T2 Passenger Terminal very smoothly.

The facilities are amazing. The hotel is located around 20-30 minutes to city centre (Chun Xi, IFC, etc). However, cleanliness really has to be questioned. All the pillows smell really bad (smells like saliva of people who slept here before). It really made it unbearable to sleep. Hope the housing keeping team can keep up next time.

Also, I ordered delivery quite late on the first night. I understand it was also the fault of the delivery driver since he sent it to “快递” instead of “外卖”。 To give context, the delivery arrived at around 11:30. Nothing came up and had to call like 3 times. For the first two times, all I was told is “There is a robot delivery going on and it might be yours. However, there is nothing else here for your room.” So, on the third time I had to tell them to check again since it was already way past 12:15. Only then, they found out the driver put it at the wrong place and I received it at like 12:30. 

Apart from these, it was a pleasant stay and would come back as long as cleanliness can be improved. No one wants to sleep with smelly pillows :)
