The reception was very cold, the service attitude was very poor, the key could not open the door, the second time I went to the reception desk to reset it, I still couldn't open the door. Perfect except for paid car parking. Excellent room. I wished I could stay for more nights. Did not try any of the facilities. Had a view of them. Very nice. Would stay in the same hotel in future.
