Perfect except for paid car parking.
Excellent room. I wished I could stay for more nights.
Did not try any of the facilities. Had a view of them. Very nice.

Harvey Spa is a dignified, high standard hotel with comfortable rooms, good restaurant, wellness centre, parking facilities. The location is in the city centre, it is a very short drive to the golf resort. Good choice!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Zimmer, Frühstück und Service waren super. Wir haben die Auszeit bei traumhaftem Winterwetter genossen.
Was allerdings fehlt ,ist eine Hotelbar, wo man abends noch etwas trinken kann.

Wir haben dieses 5 Sterne-Hotel für eine Woche gebucht und sind zum Ergebnis gekommen, dass die Ausstattung sowie einige Dienstleistungen eher gegen max. 3 Sterne tangieren. Die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption waren vor unserer Anreise mehrere Stunden weder telefonisch noch per Mail erreichbar. Begründung, zu viele Leute, die ein- und auschecken wollten. Unsere subjektive Bewertung: + das Essen à la carte ist durchaus lecker + das Service-Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend + der Preis ist für Gäste aus der Schweiz eher günstig bis sehr günstig + der Schlafkomfort im den Betten ist tadellos (10 von 10 Punkten!!) - der Room-Service ist mit der Reinigung der Zimmer eher überfordert - die Essens-Auslage beim Buffet sieht nach kurzer Zeit wie auf einem Schlachtfeld aus - Rauchen ist im ganzen Hotel, inkl. Balkonen, nicht erlaubt (absolutes Verständnis unsererseits). Den Rauchern wird jedoch ein Platz beim Hintereingang, mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Parkplätze, zugewiesen - Die Zimmer sind spartanisch und mit uralten Möbeln (ausser Bett) ausgestattet. Die Polstersessel sind schmudelig und fleckig. Ebenso der Teppich. - Das Bad sowie das WC scheinen direkt Thomas Manns' "Zauberberg" entsprungen zu sein Da sich das Harvey als einziges Hotel in Franzensbad tatsächlich mit 5 Sternen schmückt, haben wir etwas anderes erwartet. Wir wurden doch ein wenig arg enttäuscht. Sehr wahrscheinlich gibt es schönere Hotels in Franzensbad.

- die Parkplatzsituation am Hotel
- das ala Carte Menü ist nicht zu empfehlen
- bei unserer Ankunft war es im Zimmer ziemlich heiß. Es gibt zwar eine Klimaanlage, diese wird aber laut Aussage der Mitarbeiter, erst im Juni angeschalten
- Die Zimmer sind mittlerweile nicht mehr in dem Zustand, wie sie auf der Homepage dargestellt werden
