Exzellent, mehr gibt es eigentlich nicht zu sagen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die mehr als komplette und hochwertige Ausstattung mit allem, was man sich nur wünschen kann, super Lage und ein Kundendienst, der jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar ist und stets in kürzester Zeit auf jede Frage eine Antwort hat. Ich werde mit Sicherheit bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Franzensbad wieder eines dieser Apartments wählen.

Das Aartment Classic war sehr schön, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Bei der Ankunft lagen auf dem Tisch sogar 2 Croissants für uns bereit. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Die Lage ist mitten im Zentrum und Parkplätze sind für 10 €/Nacht hinter dem Haus vorhanden. Der Check in läuft über einen Code ab, was aber sehr gut zu händeln ist. Alles in allem hat uns unser Kurzurlaub sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen wieder :-)

Sehr zentral, alles vorhanden, alles sauber, mehr braucht man nicht. Parkplatz konnte problemlos dazu gebucht werden. Schnelle Antworten auf Anfragen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen sicher wieder. Terrasse im 2 Stock sehr gemütlich

Eine zentrale Lage in Franzensbad, Parallelstrasse zur Hauptflaniermeile, toller und sehr zuvorkommender Service (z.B. bei der Ankunft eine Tüte mit süssen Teilchen vom Bäcker auf dem Zimmer, Nachfrage per WhatsApp ob alles in Ordnung ist, etc.), schönes und stylisches Appartement (wir waren im 3. Stock, im Zimmer Paris), Parkplätze vor der Haustür (gegen Gebühr), Tip-Top sauber; Wir waren auch schon in Marienbad im Revelton, deswegen diesmal wieder und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht.

Nachdem im letzten Jahr eine Buchung durch unglückliche Umstände ins Leere gelaufen war jetzt die Neuauflage: Schon im Vorfeld fiel die perfekte Kommunikation positiv auf, dies setzte sich vor Ort und auch nach Abreise fort. Selten so kompetenten, höflichen und kundenorientierten Service erlebt. Vom Parkplatz bis zum Zutrittscode perfekte Vorbereitung, das Zimmer präsentierte sich extrem sauber und gepflegt, von Geschirr über Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine eine kleine Wohnung. Überhaupt war an alles - wirklich alles! - gedacht. Bequemes Bett, deutsche Sender im TV , jede Menge Stauraum und Steckdosen. Hier werden die Bedürfnisse des Reisenden ernst genommen. Auch Lobby und Frühstücksraum punkten durch optisch ansprechende Einrichtung. Personal ist supernett, Probleme werden im Handumdrehen gelöst. Ich bin beruflich sehr viele Hotels aller Klassen gewohnt, hier passt wirklich alles. Im zweiten Anlauf ein Spitzenerlebnis, jetzt bin ich neugierig auf die entsprechenden Hotels in Karlsbad und Prag. Danke.

Ein sehr gutes, charmantes und sauberes Apartment mit allen Zubehör, welche man für einen kurzen Urlaub benötig. Dazu beinhaltet es ein kleines Museum was sehr empfehlenswert ist. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und romantisch. Für diesen guten und günstigen Preisen kommen wir immer wieder gerne.
