Un cadre très calme, agréable et reposant. Des chambres élégantes, bien aménagées, et propres. Un petit déjeuner français succulent, et un personnel attentionné ! Le tout bien placé près du village. Un vrai havre de paix propice à la détente !

We were very disappointed upon arriving at the Corner House Residence. While the house itself has potential, it is in need of maintenance throughout. The view from our room was underwhelming, overlooking a roof covered with solar panels. My aunt’s room was acceptable but not particularly clean, while ours was quite run-down and also not properly cleaned. I raised these concerns with the staff, requesting an additional vacuum and a more thorough cleaning, particularly for a wet area. While the water was wiped away, the spot behind the door—which I had specifically pointed out—was still left untouched. The bathroom grout is in desperate need of cleaning, and there are large cracks behind the door that have been completely neglected. Despite the condition of the rooms, the owner refused to provide a full refund, leaving us with little choice but to stay. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Corner House. We were in Franschhoek for a wedding and it was the perfect place for us. It’s an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were kind and helpful. It was a great place to return to after all the wedding events!

We stayed at this wonderful guesthouse in Franchoek for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable, the service and guest care more than excellent. The breakfast was a dream, we didn't have a better one on our trip to South Africa. The location is also perfect as you can walk into town and find a good selection of great restaurants. So all perfect!

Sehr schönes Hotel, wirklich ausserordentlich liebenswerter Service! Sehr schöne und geräumige Zimmer, tolles Frühstück. Die Lage ist top, man geht ca. 500 Meter zur Main road. Im Hotel gibt es Weine von den Black elephant vintners. Dort unbedingt wine and Music ausprobieren, absolut super!

Een echte aanrader voor een heel fijn verblijf. Heerlijke plek, fijn relaxte sfeer en een lekker ontbijt. Mooi zwembad, fijne ligstoelen met handdoeken. Mooie schone kamers en super vriendelijke mensen, het ligt vlak bij het centrum en het is erg veilig.
