Wow! What a find! The Fleur Du Soleil Guest house is nestled away in the quiet leafy streets set back from the main road in Franschhoek. From the moment we arrived at the guest house, where we were greeted with a chilled glass of bubbly, we were immediately made to feel comfortable, welcome and relaxed. Then we were taken to our suite! AMAZING! Our beautifully decorated room took over the entire first floor of the building and comprised a shower room, bathroom, bedroom, spacious seating area with comfortable sofa and armchairs which led out onto our own balcony. Breakfast was served outside by the pool (although we could have had this in our room if we wished ) where we were presented with freshly prepared and cooked croissants, cooked breakfast, platter of fruits and delicious coffee. Nothing was too much trouble for Stanley and his team who kept the guest house immaculately clean, organised a taxi to take us to/from the inevitable wine tasting venue and always greeted us with genuine pleasure. I would very highly recommend staying here…We will definitely return and for longer next time.

A truly fabulous place, exquisite luxury. Very helpful hosts. A quite beautiful setting. Everything was first rate. The outdoor pool was immaculate and was the setting for a really superb breakfast. We had a marvellous stay and would recommend it unreservedly.

Our stay in Franschhoek was the end of a three week vacation in Africa. We couldn't have been more pleased with our four days at Fleur Du Soleil. We wanted to end our wonderful adventure in Wine Country and rest up before we headed back to the States and that is exactly what we did. We were in the Bougainvillea Suite which had all the amenities we needed, lots of closet space and the king size bed was very comfortable. We loved the breakfasts done exactly to what we wanted, and we couldn't get enough of the croissants. We hadn't made a list of things to do, wineries to visit or what restaurants to dine at. Not to worry! Stanley, the Manager, orchestrated our trip for us. His recommendations were spot on and we appreciated and enjoyed all of his suggestions. We are so glad that we visited the lovely town of Franschhoek and stayed at Fleur du Soleil. It was such pleasure and we highly recommend this Guesthouse.

I went to go fill my cup as I was running on empty. Fleur Du Soleil really is the place if you need to break away especially for your mental well-being.The bed is sooooo soft and the staff the manger Stanley and the ladies assisting are the friendliest and most friendly I have ever come across. My conclusion is that Fleur Du Soleil Luxury Guesthouse is an experience that will leave you finding yourself if you were uncertain of who you are or have been.

From the moment we walked -in the door until we left, Stanley and the team treated us like gold. Being welcomed with a glass of champagne was just marvelous. We enjoyed our stay even though it was short, the atmosphere was so relaxing, would've loved to stay a little longer. They even provided complimentary breakfast. It was just an amazing experience !

We enjoyed a weekend stay at Fleur du Soleil Luxury Guesthouse, which we thoroughly enjoyed, despite the weather changes (sunny to rainy). The rooms were set up beautifully, exactly how they were noted on the website, if not better! The service was exactly what you would expect of a luxury guesthouse, with Stanley and the team ensuring we were comfortable through out our stay! The breakfast was delicious and allowed us to share a relaxing moment by the beautiful pool! In a world where disappointments have become somewhat expected, it feels good to experience an exceptional experience over a relaxing weekend! The guesthouse is perfectly positioned close to the tram station but more importantly, within a good distance from well known wine farms like Babylonstoren & Glen Carlou which are definitely must see farms!

Fresh and clean, felt very luxurious, service was impeccable and all needs were taken care of. Lovely pool area, delicious breakfast, and perfectly located for a nice walk to main street. Extremely comfortable bedding and so many streaming options, although you won't want to stay in your room much with the pool area and town calling to you.
