Beautifully decorated inside with all required necessities. The location is ideal for exploring the town. Excellently located near fine dining restaurants and wine farms.

What a wonderful place in Frenchhoek in the middle of the town and very quiet. We loved the rooms and enjoyed our stay a lot. Amazing service with a helpful stuff around us and wonderful breakfast. Parking space is given. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

Excellent location for wine tours!!! Very nice and comfortable room -- good facilities - just the right size - pity i couldn't go with my partner. Great breakfast!! The staff bent over backwards to help with planning my wine tours and booking dinner etc. Likely i will visit again.

Lovely ambiance, beautiful rooms, clean and crisp. The staff are AMAZING and their service is unbeatable. Beautiful mountain view. Breakfast was more than adequate, and only the freshest produce was served. Thank you so much to you all for the memorable stay.

Amazing boutique hotel perfectly located with a family feel and amazing views. When i picture a boutique hotel this is exactly what I would expect - beautifully decorated rooms with a real fire to light yourself - friendly helpful staff who just could not do enough to help and advise us about the local area. Right in the heart of the town with restaurants and shops and bars literally yards away. Had a wonderful short stay and a perfect base from which to explore the wine region.

The hotel is fine, but not outstanding. The service was very good, including super quick laundry. There is no bar and you do need to preselect breakfast. The view from the room was superb and it was extremely comfortable. Great location to walk to restaurants and the wine tram and easy to drive to popular tourist spots.

I always take ages to book a place. Looking at reviews, analyzing pics and checking the guest ratings, location, views, etc. And I usually get it right. Unfortunately this time around a few things slipped through the cracks and we were not 100% satisfied. Location is very good; walking distance to all the eateries and shops in town and the view was great. I think the property was great a few years ago but attention to detail has slipped and the owners are not re-investing or refreshing as often as is required in this market segment. Wear and tear is evident. Staff are doing their best but I don't think they are getting the required support to provide the customer experience that they Could be giving. Carpets in the reception area look worn and are not clean. Furniture in the room was worn out, shower was mouldy: the extraction fan was not working so the lady checking us in told us to open the window if we wanted to shower. That seemed proactive, but why not just get someone to fix the extraction;-). Breakfast was OK, nothing wrong, but also nothing that stood out. Overall, just an average experience.

We spent 3 nights here whilst travelling the Garden Route. The staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were lovely although the shutters between the bathroom and bedroom took some getting used to. The hotel was spotlessly clean and breakfast was a delight with freshly cooked good quality ingredients. It was well located with restaurants and bars nearby. The Italian restaurant - Allora - was especially good.

We loved our stay here! The staff were all lovely - very friendly and ready with a smile. The room was gorgeous! The bed was huge and very comfortable and the bathroom was to die for. The massive, deep, claw foot bath made for a very enjoyable hour chilling out and reading. Breakfast was delicious - I can highly recommend the French toast. This hotel is in a great position - just a 10-15 minute walk from the wine tram station and in easy reach of lots of restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended.
