We loved this place - the room, the food, the spa, and most especially the wonderful staff. We faced a medical issue that was addressed with compassion and skill, and the staff did not miss a beat regarding making sure that all of our needs were addressed. Do not miss the cooking class!

The hotel is beautiful, cozy and super charming! Pleasant pool area, attentive staff, delicious breakfast! The room is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Location is perfect! Awesome place to stay at Cape Winelands Region! Great Experience!

Um hotel gracioso. Os quartos parecem de boneca, com uma decoraçao linda e com lareira. Sao equipados com maquina de nespresso e para os dias de frio a cama é aquecida com lindas bolsas de agua quente. Um mimo!!!O cafe da manha é bom. Nao jantamos no restaurante do hotel, apesar de ser bem recomendado.A equipe toda e muito atenciosa. Amei minha estadia nesse hotel.

We stayed in a pool suite and the photos on the hotel website really don't do it justice. It is extremely spacious and the upstairs bedroom in the loft with 3 beds and a DVD player really is fantastic. If you are staying here, you get a complimentary wine tasting session at the nearby Leeu Estate including transfers, it is truly beautiful there, I have included some pictures.

I love Franschhoek and Le Quartier Francais must be one of my favourite smaller hotels in the winelands. Le Quartier is wonderfully close to all the small and unique shops and we could walk to a restaurant to look for afternoon pancakes. We stayed in the House Suite that is absolutely perfect for families. My 3 year old run up the steep stairs and was so excited about the green soft toys on the two twin beds. The upstairs room also had its own TV and DVD player and she could happily watch her own movie while we enjoyed a glass of wine in front of the fire place. It had 2 separate bedrooms and the main bedroom is downstairs and open to your own private plunge pool. The lounge is spacious and it almost feels like your own home. They spoilt us with snacks and all the drinks are complimentary in the House Suite which is really good value. My 3 year old was very impressed with her red box full of sweets that she received in the room and our 8 month old baby got his own baby shampoo and baby powder. The breakfast table was really good and all the produce is fresh and of the best quality. I loved our time there with our kids but it is such a romantic hotel that next time we will surely go by ourselves!

This quaint Relais Chateau rated has the atmosphere of a quaint country inn. each room has a wonderful fireplace. Our room was 2-levels. The staff was incredible. The food was amazing!!! Make sure you dine at least one night in The Tasting Room which is consistently nominated among the world's 50 best restaurants. Located in the quaint little town of Franschoek. A private full day tour of Wine Country had also been arranged.

The hotel is impossible to describe. Room is incredible. Staff people are very poli te. Amazing persons working. The location is perfect, and Franschhoek is like heaven in Earth.. Pool room is better than you can imagine. Conrad is a very friendly and helpful person.
