Another wonderful stay at this perfect hotel. This really is a luxury home from home experience from the welcoming staff to the delicious breakfasts everything is of the highest quality. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the main pool area is a delightful place to relax and The Orangery is the perfect place for a drink or two in the evening before heading out to one of the many, nearby restaurants.

Amazing service! Declan and the entire staff truly want to make your stay memorable. Everything is top notch, from wonderful breakfasts (included) to late night cocktails in the Orangerie (complementary). These folks truly understand the hospitality business. I inadvertently left behind a vest jacket and they not only found it, they notified me and forwarded it to my next hotel via post (also complementary).

Declan and his incredible team provide flawless service, anticipating every need with warmth and genuine care. They made us feel so welcome, going above and beyond in ways both big and small. Every detail is thoughtfully curated to create an experience that is as luxurious as it is personal. Breakfasts were an absolute delight—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The location could not be more ideal, just steps away from everything Franschhoek has to offer, yet still feeling like a secluded retreat. Akademie redefines hospitality. We just stayed 5 days at this Boutique Hotel and it was absolutely outstanding. No wonder that they won so many Awards ! The welcome by arriving, all the details and the comfort in the beautiful Suite, the extraordinary breakfast in the garden, everything made you frelon at Home. The most important though is the kindness and professionality of the staff ! Always ready to help ! Not to forget the pre-Dinner/Night with live-Musical in the Orangerie! All those Things made made our holiday a very special stay. We highly recommend this Boutique Hotel in Franschhoek.

It's perfect in every way. A lovely, smiley, helpful team; fantastic luxury rooms; beautiful courtyard and gardens and a truly delicious breakfast. Loved every minute and cant wait to go back. It is such a pleasure to go somewhere, where there is just one payment and all the complimentary gorgeous extras are then just pure pleasure.
