Je déconseille FORTEMENT cet Hôtel qui se moque ouvertement de ses clients.
Nous avons séjourné le 27 avril dans cet hôtel alors que nous participions à un mariage. Arrivé en pleine nuit la chambre est pour 3 et non pour 4.
Le lendemain un employé s'excuse platement, prends nos coordonnées et nous promets un remboursement ou un avoir.
Nous sommes le 15 juillet, j'ai dû appeler 15 fois l'hôtel "la responsable vous rappelle demain promis" 😂
J'ai été très patiente mais force est de constater que cette responsable de moque de moi et non les employés qui retrouvaient bien des notes concernant ma demande.

Très agréable séjour au sein de cet établissement, l’hôte d’accueil pourrait être plus engageant et accueillant (justement) mais très vite effacé par le professionnalisme, le sourire et la gentillesse de la serveuse du restaurant.
Pour le reste la chambre était très spacieuse, la literie confortable et la salle de bain propre et de belle taille.
De passage dans le secteur régulièrement pour le travail, je pense avoir trouvé un point de chute pour mes prochains passages.

Mauvaise experience au bord de route bruyante, un personnel peu respectueux desagreable et j'menfoutiste qui se moque ouvertement du client. Service exagerement lent, une bonne heure avant d'avoir le premier plat, ca manque de personnel competent et ca tourne avec des bouts de ficelle. C'est de l'amateurisme ! Passez votre chemin...

Les chambres sont au dessus du restaurant et après le service du soir, le personnel fait énormément de bruit en rangeant, gros problème d’insonorisation . Je trouve dommage qu’on oublie les clients de l’hôtel. Si vous êtes fatigué, je déconseille fortement l’hôtel…

This hotel was a great find. The staff was GREAT. The room was small, but so clean and so comfortable. GREAT shower, towels, sheets, and so forth. Highly recommend it. We were a short drive into Rouen so very convenient. Safe, secure parking. Great experience. Thanks!
