Avoid this hotel. Checked in at midnight, the room provided must have flooded at some point. Our tip was a yellow warning cone outside the door that said caution, wet floor. When we opened the door we were met with mildew, a musty smell and humidity, gross. The walls and carpet were literally wet. We asked for a different room, at first the clerk said she had no rooms. When we asked for a refund to go elsewhere she found one. The hotel was dirty and clearly not maintained.

To say that, as former travel agents and frequent Hilton Honors Guests, we were appalled with the overall experience, which is an understatement. From the supposed every other day housekeeping, which didn't happen until we complained and requested towels; having the bed only partially made after housekeeper appeared by walking into the room without knocking; to the empty hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall by the elevators; to the inadequate and unavailable, inconsistent offerings at breakfast; to the front desk reservationist, Meredith, who was arrogant and rude, with responses to our simple requests with an attitude and a glare that was truly inappropriate and offensive! We will never stay at this location again, nor will we recommend it! The manager, Patricia Smith, needs to tend to these issues without further delay, especially in teaching Meredith how to relate to guests in a civilized, respectful fashion!

The room was ok but needs a lighted makeup mirror. Food at breakfast tasted terrible althou plentiful choices. Plants at front door needed water. Staff at front desk were good and so-so. Near by stores like TJ max and Walmart and a restaurant as eating/shopping options. Gas station very close. Right next to major roads and fairly close to secondary airport was great.

There was an issue with check in, partly on my corporate travel agent side, my flight was cancelled and rebooked for the following day. They rebooked the hotel for the new dates (I have the confirmation), but upon arrival she said I was marked as a no-show. Then said I was now in a smoking room. I said I cannot do that, but she seemed like I choose it. I reiterated I cannot stay in smoking, she moved me, but if the room was available not sure what the initial push back was. Then when I got to the room wifi didn't work. I called down and they said it must be my issue. She literally was telling me there is nothing she can do. This is a business trip, I cannot go without wifi. I advised that I know how to connect to wifi and I thought to ask what the original room number was that I should have been in, with reluctance, and conviction that I was wrong about my assumption that it was possibly what the wifi issue was she finally gave it to me, and it worked. The wifi was still reflecting the other room to allow me permission to connect. I tried breakfast the first morning, the hot foods were pretty empty at 7:30AM, I had a bagel but didn't like that the cream cheese was room temperature. I gave up doing breakfast the rest of my stay. The smells on my floor were horrible, between cigarette smoke and BO I was super disgusted and had to hold my breath coming and going from my room. Thank goodness it didn't enter the room. I would have left. The upside, location and there was a kind gentleman doing maintenance around the site. He was friendly...but I won't be back. I'm disappointed because I will be coming back and forth to the area for a few years, being a Hilton member, this is one of the few in the area. Looks like I need to look at the Marriott up the street....

Worst Hampton stay ever. 4 day stay. Room cleaning on every other day schedule. 2nd day. Came back to a partially made up bed. Complimentary breakfast not worth even checking out. Floor in kitchen are sticky for multiple days. Blackened bananas put out for consumption. No notification of contents of “omelets “. Will never stay at this location again.
