It was a perfect location near the airport just few minutes drive away. The room was good and comfortable bed. Cleanliness was poor as the carpet in the room and hallway was old and a bit smelly in the hallway. Audible Noise, car sound easily heard from the road. No laundry facility. However with Good service, allowing us to check out at 12 instead of 11 o’clock . Good breakfast.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I requested the airport shuttle, and the front desk took my phone number, told me to wait inside, and assured me the driver would contact me when he arrived. I followed their instructions exactly—and waited for over 30 minutes with zero communication. When I finally called back, instead of apologizing, they blamed me for not watching for the shuttle outside. Are you serious? You gave me the wrong instructions, left me stranded, failed to follow through on your promise, and then had the audacity to blame me? This is beyond unacceptable. I’m furious. The lack of accountability and basic respect for your guests is appalling. Shame on you.

The service was very poor. We stayed for several consecutive nights, but the hotel shuttle only provided free pick-up and drop-off once. We had to pay an additional $20 per day for the shuttle to the airport in the middle of the night. The hygiene details were not well done, and the whole hotel had an unpleasant smell of Indian incense. The swimming pool must have been abandoned for several years and has been converted into a utility room.
