Tru by Hilton Franklin Cool Springs Nashville

Good location and good coffee.

Such a cute place to stay, and not far from nashville at all! Only stayed one night, but will definitely return.

We arrived and checked into the room, we noticed BODILY FLUIDS on the bed comforter after bringing up our suitcases. We went back downstairs to reception to let them know, the receptionist stated he was truly sorry, he was alone and there was no housekeeping on sight. He offered us another room, a few doors down in the same floor. We went back up to move our things to the new room, and there was blood on the bed sheet. The staff- receptionist met us up there to ensure the room key worked and was in disbelief after seeing for himself both rooms. Unfortunately he said, he couldn't do anything to cancel our stay or refund eventhough there is a big sign at the front desk that states" .... if your room is not clean and comfortable, the night is on us.." He stated there was no manager or supervisor on sight or anyone he could call since they weren't answering. Stated he has only been there 4 weeks and he feels horrible but there is nothing he can do. He stated he would let the next person know so they can let the supervisor know, but that the supervisor was off the next few days. One of the worst experiences for us, a lack of professionalism and ownership by TruHilton, and horrible customer service and experience.
