Worst hotel I’ve stayed at! Check-in was over an hour due to issues with Trip Advisor & hotel clerk having issues even after trip advisor fixed the issue. Check-in took over an hour. Then our room had a messed up toilet. Hotel clerk lied and said maintenance would be there at 11pm to come fix it. 11:15 nobody showed up, called back and they said shift changed happens at 11pm and maintenance doesn’t come in until 7am. The first clerk lied to us. The second clerk said the toilets are fine but our fault for “using toilet paper” not sure what he uses. Finally got switched to a new room after multiple times saying it wasn’t their fault we used toilet paper and that we should have called during the day despite me telling him check the cameras we were gone from 8:30am to 9pm. How were we to predict the future that there would be issues after maintenance was gone for the day. So if you are going to stay here, make sure you don’t have any unplanned issues after maintenance leaves for the day (which you would think they would have maintenance 24/7 with people staying 24/7). I think there was one regular sized pillow and the rest were small square pillows on the beds so you may want to bring your own pillows if you plan to stay and don’t want anyone sleeping on small pillows. Hotel is not up to par for a normal Wyndham owned property. Spoke with hotel management who is supposed to put points on my account, stated she couldn’t do anything about a refund because it was paid through third party, but as of time of review no points were applied to my account.
