Booked this hotel and mistakenly got the days wrong. Contacted my booking company and there was some mix up with dates displaying on the app. They called this hotel and they told them they contacted me and confirmed the booking. I apparently told them I would be there at 1pm and then called back and told them I would be there at 5pm, but never showed. I never received a phone call nor confirmed any booking. Had that of really happened I would of recognized the mistake and tried to fix it then! I can not stand a liar. I will never stay at a days inn franchise again! Ever!

a) after showering, the entire bathroom floor was wet, creating a slip and fall hazard. The design of the shower stall is such that water comes out under the curtain and bathroom floor tile gets wet and slipperly, which is dangerous
b) the cover of the A/|C unit was loose and appeared to be missing the attachment screws
c) I called in advance of the scheduled booking and asked about "early check-in" - I was told - "no problem - just call us the day of your check in and we should be able to do that for you" - no mention was made of any extra charge
d) I was in surgery, so a friend called to make sure about early check-in - they said "fine"
e) when I arrived I was in a lot of pain (post-op) and unable to speak coherently because of the dental work
f) the staff demanded a $20 fee for the early check in, and didn't seem the least bit concerned about my phsyical condition

It is easier to check into a five star hotel! That’s a lot of they must be use to dealing with less than desirable people because that you gotta how they treat you. Or, may their customers are just fine and they are the less than desirables. Never again!

Great place to stay!!
My room was very nice and clean. The clerks were very friendly. I slept so well, the ved super comfy. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

My husband and stayed there for a weekend trip. It was one of the best Red Roofs we have stayed at. The hotel is located in a nice area. It was easy to get in and out of. The hotel staff were nice. The hotel was clean and the room was too. The water pressure was amazing. Negatives would be no place to hang clothes or drawers to really speak of. We stayed 3 nights and did not ask for our room to be cleaned. We ran out of toilet paper and there was no extra in the room. I went to the front desk and asked for toilet paper and 2 new towels and the lady up front asked me to bring the other towels back to the front desk. I know people take towels but they only gave us 2 towels to begin with and I have long hair so I like to use 2 just for me. I was a little annoyed with that. Also, it rained really heavy one day and there were no rugs or any place to wipe our feet so the floor got dirty with mud. It was the night before we left so thankfully it wasnt really an issue. All in all I really liked the hotel and we are looking forward to staying there again!

When I do a search on ******* I always use the breakfast included filter. This place looked nice. It was not. No breakfast. I am about to stop using *******!
