We stayed here 3 nights and overall it was a positive experience. Check-in was friendly and fast. They were very polite. Our room was in the 6th floor and had a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Extra coffee pods given on request. Breakfast was included. Hotel is in a nice neighborhood. Would stay here again. A very pleasant stay.

I had to check one box for when I did not go or check in. I booked for October, but it somehow got changed to July. I was home in alabama for that night in July. I know Hyatt will make it right, because they are a reputable hotel.

Loved the bed and pillows. Very comfortable. There were only sheets for the pullout couch, and no blankets or extra pillows in the closet or drawers.

The room itself was ok although carpets seem to be getting worn. Beds comfortable and room quiet but elevators floors were filthy and the breakfast was ok but not what it was a couple of years ago. I don't want to go on with the negatives but there was no attention to detail. The young gentleman behind the front desk was good and accommodating but I think they may be short-staffed at this point.

Room was great especially with big corner couch as pull out..Room was Great for tall teenagers. Loved the laundry App that worked well. Pool was good too.

Breakfast was poor, employees were on their phones instead of attentive to guest needs, pull out bed was in poor condition, the pillows are small and lumpy, the hotel is just “okay”- not up to other Hyatt standards we’ve experienced.

Everything was perfect. Best hotel experience yet. I'd recommend to family and friends. Staff was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

We've stayed here many times as a family but unfortunately this time the hotel felt run down and more gloomy than it had before. The door to our room looked dirty with fingerprints and smeary hand marks (saw the same on other doors) the handle wasn't secure to the door itself and the sofa bed had a stained mattress. The room overall felt dark and not very inviting. It was clean, but just didn't feel fresh and updated. I don't think we will be back which is unfortunate as we liked having a place we could stay when visiting our daughter at Belmont.
