7 Bedroom Beach House with POOL!! Gulf Front and Bay Front

Delghtful Our gathering of 16 was GREAT to say the very least. The pool, the porch, the beach, the kitchen, the "top" living area and the bottom living area was just perfect for our family's week together. We, all of us, were never in-need of a thing. Very well equipped, right down to coffee, towels, pots and pans, utensils, wifi and a telescope. This place is neat as a pin and clean as a whistle. The pool and all the lounge chairs made this a most enjoyable vacation for the boys. The beach was my favorite with shell searching, pelican watching and very very empty. I/we are very pleased!

Stay Enjoy Repeat Alligator Point is a perfect getaway for any family get together! Our families have been coming to this area for the past 25 years. This is the best home we have rented in A.P.! The pool is definitely a game changer. We love being directly on the beach but you need a break from time to time. Some of the family was not able to enjoy the beach but were able to enjoy the pool. The home has everything you needed for making yourself at home. This will be a home we will return to!

Unique and beautiful property! The house is beautiful with plenty of space - 7 bedrooms but sleeps many more. The downstairs has its own living room / kitchen, so it is like 2 rental properties in one! Pet friendly was a huge plus! The location was fantastic - you faced the bay out the front and Gulf out the back. How many places have that much water surrounding them! The only drawback for some could be the distance to any restaurants or stores, but we were on retreat and brought everything we needed. I highly recommend this beach house property! ❤️

Total beach experience This property was everything as advertised. The pool was a perfect addition to great private non crowded beach vacation. Excellent facility and location.

Great Thanksgiving From the arrival, this house was even more than the substantial description on VRBO. They are not kidding when they say the kitchen is stocked, the bathrooms are ready, the bedrooms are comfortable! Everything was spotless clean and EVERYTHING was provided! We brought Thanksgiving dinner and cooked it there. No problem! 5 adults, 4 kids, no problem! Plenty of hot water, clean towels, LOTS of space to play games, have adult time, send kids to play Xbox. Also the island felt very safe and quiet. Absolutely no complaints and we hope to visit again this summer!

Wonderful Time This house was absolutely wonderful. We had 5 adults and 2 teens and 1 child. 3 adults were upstairs with one room to spare, while my crew was downstairs. We each enjoyed the beautiful views that this home offers. Sunsets and sunrises. We had never been to Alligator Point before, but this was just the amount of peace and quiet we needed. We took all of our food necessary to use..meats, veggies, breads, drinks etc. There were quite a bit of spices there to use as well as an abundance of utensils and appliances. Needless to say we will be back soon for another great stay.
