1st time staying at this location, but we would stay there again. We did have an issue with the 1st room we had - the A/C wasn’t working correctly. They came and checked it out, and offered to move us to a different room. 2nd room was great, no issues. We did not get to try out the free breakfast either morning, but noticed that it was open 6am-10am - longer than a lot of hotels. Never made it down to the pool either, but it’s not something that we would have used anyway. Close enough to Dayton and many good restaurants. Check out was easy and quick!

Nice but unattended The front desk attendant was sitting in the office. He may have been working but it wasn’t on checking people in there were 3 people waiting for at least 15 minutes. When he did check people in he didn’t tell them about any of the features. The lobby was full of people including children running with a plunger. There was water all over the floors I slipped, luckily did not fall. The 3 other times we went through the lobby no attendant was seen. Our room had trash that was left by others including contact lenses on the shower wall.

I probably won’t come back to this hotel. The floors shake and I can hear non stop pounding above my room all night. People need to learn how to not stomp when walking.

Property was clean and looked airy. The room was clean well decorated. I noticed that the bathroom door should have been trimmed when the tile floors were installed. The parking lot had a pole light fixture that needed replacing because it was flashing. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Typical Holiday Inn Express Overall the hotel is clean. Our issue was the air conditioner wasn’t working well in our room. I let the front desk know in the morning and they asked if I turned the temperature down, really? Told them we’d be gone for the day so it can be fixed. Came back late in the evening and nothing was done with it.
