The hotel is new and clean. Check-in is very formal. I registered at the front desk with a pad. I didn't have breakfast. The fee was 20 euros per person and half price for children. A taxi to the old town in the city center was 10 euros and more than 10 minutes. I went to see the room before booking. Although it is relatively small, it is stylish and clean and has everything it should have. It is enough for me to rest. Good review!

There should be accessible drinking water in your hotel. Towels should be changed daily. Soap-shower gel-shampoo quality is low. There was soap in the shower gel area in our room, but there was no shampoo. (We recommend renewing an item such as a hygiene kit.) We found the cheese group in the breakfast content to be insufficient. We especially loved the vitamin shots. In terms of transportation, taxi (vehicle) support was fast. Customer communication and staff interest left us with a positive experience. The game corner was very enjoyable. Coffees and drinks were delicious. The location is good, just two stops from Frankfurt, and close to the station. When I visited the central station, I felt that the area was unsafe, but I didn't feel that the hotel was close at all, so I was able to stay there safely. Maybe because it's new, the facilities are very clean, and there is a powerful hair dryer, which is rare in Europe, so I was satisfied. The staff were also friendly, and even though I accidentally arrived 30 minutes before check-in time, they let me check in early, saying that it would be finished in 10 minutes.
