It is the worst hostel you can stay in Frankfurt, I went and there were no rooms and I paid for a private one 50 €, when I got to the room the air did not work and it was junk, I went to tell the girl I was Asian and she sent me to wait that when I finished checking in, there was another girl who was more rude and ill-mannered yelling at her to wait for me it seems that she was not happy with the job, they do not respect the clients those girls are rude they should not be working in a hotel with how badly they treat the clients, I asked for my money back and left .. I do not recommend it, besides it is in a very bad and very unsafe area

The Five Elements Hostel in Frankfurt, Germany is about what you’d probably expect. I stayed in a private room with shared bathroom and shower. All were clean. No frills. Just the basics, which is what hostels are known for. Hostels are not for everyone and can take a little getting used to. Five Elements is about a 10-minute walk from the mail train station. A bit of a seedy neighborhood and some noise at night. But the staff was very nice. It was convenient and a fair value.

Das Five Elements Hostel ist ein solides günstiges Hostel im Zentrum von Frankfurt. Ich war hier zwei Nächte, da ich geschäftlich in Frankfurt unterwegs war. Der Preis und die Lage (direkt in der nähe des Hauptbahnhofes) waren sehr gut. Das Hostel liegt mitten im Rotlichmilieu, das wird aber in der etwas umständlichen Bestätigungsmail sehr deutlich gesagt und man hat die Möglichkeit dann noch zu stornieren. Der staff war freundlich, obwohl die Leute hinter der Bar mehr mit sich als Gruppe als mit den Gästen beschäftigt waren. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind ordentlich, die Betten bequem. Das inklusive Frühstück fand ich etwas enttäuschend, da wäre etwas mehr drin gewesen. Insgesamt hatte ich aber eine gute Zeit!
