A perfect start to our vacation – a very family-friendly hotel!
We spent one night at the Flemings Metropolitan Hotel in Frankfurt with our small family – and it was fantastic all around.
We felt welcome from the moment we checked in. The entire staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful – from reception to breakfast service. What was particularly nice was that everyone was incredibly child-friendly.
We were told that it's especially important to the host family that families feel comfortable here – and that's exactly what we felt. From the attentive service to small touches like gifts: everything was done with heart.
The hotel is family-run, which is evident in every detail. The atmosphere is warm, personal, and inviting – we felt truly at home.
A big thank you to the family and the entire team – our stay was very beneficial for us and the perfect start to our vacation. We would love to come back!

The location was great!
It says it's a 5-minute walk from the station, but once you go outside it's only a 30-second walk.

Very conveniently located right in front of the central station. There are many homeless people around the hotel. Breakfast is good, and the staff is friendly. Hotel facilities are also decent.
