Other facilities are ok, but there are two steps at the entrance, the first one is outside the gate, the second one is inside the gate. The hotel is in Frankfurt Main Station, and the guests here all have suitcases, so this should be taken into consideration, such as making an auxiliary facility.

I arrived in Frankfurt in the morning and asked the hotel if I could check in early. The hotel front desk staff (Asian faces) were very polite and said they would do their best to solve the problem and asked me to wait in the lobby. The furnishings in the lobby are very classical, especially the books and periodicals are very elegant and rich, which makes me enjoy reading while waiting.
When the front desk staff gave me the key, they said the room was upgraded to a king-size bed room. Very happy! After entering the room, I found a coffee machine and tea bags on the countertop. I asked if a kettle was available and the problem was solved immediately. In addition, I saw that there were different types of pillows to choose from, so I chose a cervical-friendly pillow. This is a rare service in hotels in Germany, so I have to give it a thumbs up! It is a hotel with attitude, warmth and grace.
The hotel is next to the train station, and transportation to and from the airport is very convenient. There are a lot of cafes and different types of restaurants around to choose from, which is very convenient. This hotel will be my first choice when traveling in and out of Frankfurt.
