This hotel is in a great location if you are either arriving in late to Frankfurt or leaving early (we were both) because it is right next to central station but be warned, the area around the hotel is a bit edgy - lots of homeless people. It is lit well though and here is a solid police presence so we felt safe enough, but take care at night especially. The hotel inside is gorgeous - so new. Our room was very big and all felt very new. Bed was super comfortable. This was the best value hotel we stayed in Europe. Please note my photo taken when we were leaving - bed was nearly made on arrival!

Took 45 mins to check-in, the self-checkin could not be completed so I had to line up with other guests for the manual check-in.
The check-in staff o saturday26th afternoon (one staff) wasnt particularly friendly and when I asked for a second key (for my 2 persons room reservation) I was asked "why?"
Room 141 is opposite a noisy bar that plays loud music till the early morning.
