完全に無人対応です。土日はEメールの対応すら “絶対に” してくれません。メールをさしたらそのように自動返信が来ました。月曜になれば当たり前ですが大丈夫です。
チェックインしてから現地の税金の支払い請求がQRコードで送られて来ました。この支払い方法も難しい人はいると思います。
私の日本のクレジットカードは２枚ともエラーとなり焦りました。
日本のカードでも対応出来る会社もあるかも知れませんが、DCカードと、かなり国際派のSMBCプレスティア(ゴールド会員)でさえ無理でした。
アメリカの銀行発行の(クレジットではなく)デビットカードで支払えたのでホッとしましたが。
場所はトラムの駅がすぐでフランクフルト中央駅も近く、また設備も問題無くとても便利でここでの宿泊の満足度はかなり高いです。
ただ先ほどの経験を踏まえ、旅慣れていない方にはこちらではなく有人ホテルの方が良いかも知れません。

Das Hotel war sehr zentral, direkt an der Oper! Damit kommt man überall hin und der Hauptbahnhof ist auch nicht weit. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Die Jalousien scheinen nicht richtig zu funktionieren. Zusammenfassend, dennoch top.
