Highly satisfied! The room was impeccably clean. The mattress, in particular, was incredibly comfortable, rating around an 8-9 on the firmness scale. Breakfast offered an excellent variety, including eggs, sausages, bread, coffee, orange juice, tea, milk, and cereal. The orange juice was especially delicious!

Everything is ok but I booked and paid on the platform.After check out,days later,the hotel made another payment directly from my credit card,no phone answered,the platform could not?reach the hotel either.Hope to solve the problem asap

The room was okay but the bathroom was not so clean. The hot water from the shower was not stable, sometimes cold sometimes hot, like the warm water didn’t mix well.
The price was affordable and location was good.

The room is big and clean. It has big windows too. The staffs are nice. It is close to the tram station so it’s convenient. However, you need to pay deposit to rent a kettle. Overall, I enjoy my stay here.

Stayed for one night with my husband. Room only had one single duvet and one pillow. Asked reception to supply us with another single duvet or a double, but never got it so one of us had to sleep without a pillow and duvet.

Location wise, little far from the popular places but there’s walking distance for tram and metro. So consider not bad experience. Pricing wise also not bad. Suggest to stay.
