Primeira vez que vejo que precisa pedir com um dia de antecedência para que o quarto seja arrumado no dia seguinte. Alguns funcionários não muito simpáticos. Não tem estacionamento próprio, mas há estacionamento perto. E o café da manhã é muito caro

Het is een prima hotel, gelegen in een goede, rustige buurt, en goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Het oude centrum is binnen een kwartier lopend te bereiken. Schoonmaak tijdens het verblijf is alleen op verzoek, maar dat werd duidelijk aangegeven en is voor mij prima.

Dit hotel ligt in het gebied Sachsenhausen ten zuiden van Frankfurt. Op wandelafstand ben je heel snel via de brug over de Main in het centrum van Frankfurt. Het hotel beschikt niet over parkeerplaatsen maar maakt op de website wel vermelding van mogelijkheid van parkeren in een nabijgelegen overdekte parking. Iets meer dan 200m wandelafstand. Soms kan je als er plaats is parkeren voor het hotel op de weg. De kamer is niet groot maar wel gerieflijk en beschikt over voldoende stopcontacten en een grote kast om jouw kleding op te hangen. Op de kamer is er ook een verplaatsbare airco aanwezig. De badkamer is klein (plaats voor 1 persoon) maar beschikt over een douche, wasbak en toilet. Warm water is zeer snel beschikbaar. Het hotel biedt de mogelijkheid om ook gebruik te maken van het ontbijt. Het ontbijt is voldoende. Verwacht niet aan een ontbijfbuffet met diverse soorten yoghurt, fruit zoals je misschien gewend bent in een groot hotel. Het hotel biedt de mogelijkheid om een kamer te reserveren in combinatie met een museumpas voor 2 dagen. Wij hebben hiervan gebruik gemaakt.

Not good for families with babies. There is so many stairs until you can get to your room and very tiny elevator so the family has to do 2 trips to get to the room. I did not like that. No water boiler in the room. But a coffee machine ?! Very helpful for preparing babyfood. The breakfast selection is rather poor. The dining room is everything but modern. Other than that. The staff is friendly. The room was clean. For singles and couples good Not for family

The staff at the hotel is terrific. They were very friendly, helpful and had good suggestions for visiting Frankfurt. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable. The room was as described - small, but everything we needed was provided. We stayed over a surprisingly warm weekend in May and made use of open windows and a fan. No AC provided. The location was fantastic. Close to trams/trains, shops cafes, etc. and across from a lovely park.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr, sehr ruhig und auch recht groß. Das Frühstück ist geschmacklich sehr gut und die verschiedenen Brötchensorten sehr lecker. Die Sauberkeit lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist auch sehr gut. Das Einzige war wir etwas vermissten ist ein Safe auf dem Zimmer. Trotzdem wir kommen bestimmt wieder, war echt toll. Danke.
