A very unsatisfactory hotel
As soon as I opened the door, there was a strange old smell.
After checking in, I found that the sofa bed in the family room (double bed + sofa bed) I booked was not set up at all. I searched the entire room but couldn't find any extra pillows, quilts, sheets, pillowcases or bath towels.
It was already past nine o'clock in the evening and there was no one at the front desk downstairs, so I had to call. A security guy came and said he didn't know anything, so I had to continue calling the remote staff. Finally, the security uncle took me to the cleaning room on the fourth floor, where I found what I needed, and then went back to my room to make my bed.
The kettle in the room was also broken. The water would not stop boiling by itself even if I turned the switch to off. The kettle would suddenly start boiling again and it was always boiling. The handle of the kettle was also leaking, and it was hot when I touched it. Safety hazard.
Other than that, the hotel is in a good location and the rooms are big.

Estuvimos en este hotel y lamentablemente nos fue extremadamente mal. Reservamos por 4 noches pero al final sólo pudimos soportar 2 noches. Las últimas 2 pedimos el reembolso pero no nos fue acordado. El gran problema es que hay una construcción justo en frente del hotel (ya sé que no es culpa del hotel, pero sí deben informar la situación). Hemos pasado las peores 2 noches de nuestra vida en un hotel. La construcción empieza a las 6h00 todos los días. Así que buena suerte si quieren dormir. En fin, evite este hotel por lo menos hasta mediados del 2026 que terminen la construcción.

We arrived at the property before reception closed but when we got there they had closed at 4.30pm despite advertising reception closing at 7pm. Called security guard who let us in, gave us a key and pointed to the lift. Walked into unit 24 and it smelled of bleach and the unit was stifling. Looked for an air conditioner but couldn’t find one. (Europe was having the worse heatwave) Rang security guard and was told it was not his job and reception would open on Monday. Said there was air conditioner there. Assumed it was a portable air conditioner in the corner. Had no idea how to install it, rang the security guard again he said he would have someone contact us in 5-10 minutes. No one rang. I am an asthmatic and there was no way I could stay there and had to find alternative accommodation at 9pm on a Friday night with Frankfurt hosting the European iron man. The unit looked nothing like the photos. Walking around Frankfurt we saw ducting placed outside some open windows and assumed it was their air conditioning. We were overseas visitors, unfamiliar with the area and on the second fall. To us that would have all types of security issues for us. In short the apartment was not as advertised, no practical assistance was provided and we are substantially out of pocket as a result. Do not stay here.

This was a wonderful property with all the amenities needed. Centrally located and easy access to train/subway. Check in was fast, but the man who checked me when was marginally rude at best. Still, the property was very nice.

Das Appartement entspricht leider nicht den Bildern auf der Website und ist ziemlich abgewohnt, besonders der Fußboden und die Küche haben bereits deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Im Bad war sehr viel Kalk, unter dem Küchentresen klebten Kaugummis, die Kaffeekapseln waren bereits benutzt. Der Herr an der Rezeption war leider nicht besonders kommunikativ oder zuvorkommend. Der Frühstückssnack war allerdings sehr gut. Die zentrale Lage ist auch super.

Leider passen die Fotos nicht ganz zu dem tatsächlichen Zimmer, aber der Service der Mitarbeitenden war top und wir haben eine gute Lösung gefunden.
Die Möbel / Zimmer sind sehr alt, das Badezimmer leider wie im Krankehaus, die Hygiene im ganzen leider nicht gut.
Dennoch eine gute Wahl wenn man Stadtnah wohnen möchte.
