I checked in at the hotel right after I got off the plane. The sister at the front desk greeted me very warmly. I had to pay an extra 30 Euros to check into the room early, but it was worth it as I could get some sleep. The facilities in the room are complete. You can cook for yourself. You can go to the nearby supermarket to buy vegetables and cook for yourself at night.

Being given a room with faulty lights when checked in, then been transfer to another room in a lower level, we have to move all our luggage up and down for this, wasted quite some time like 20minutes. Breakfast is simple, not much variety.

1. The hotel entrance is not obvious (not easy to find). I arrived at the hotel late on the first day, but there was no one on duty at the check-in counter. I rang the doorbell on the first floor but no one answered (I couldn't get in at all). There were no clear instructions at the door and no prior notice. After searching back and forth, I found a small note informing me to enter from another hotel (the location was not clearly marked either). I finally found it after running back and forth in the low temperature of December.
2. An extra bed was booked but not prepared in advance. As the counter was closed, no one answered the phone and there was no bed sheet to sleep on the first night. We had to wait until the next day to request it.
3. The hotel is in an excellent location.
4. The sofa bed is comfortable to sleep on.
