The original evaluation given to the hotel was fair, objective and restrained! But it was deleted! What's even more annoying is that when I actually checked in, the hotel canceled my check-in on the grounds of misuse. This move not only blocks negative reviews, but also escapes from platform management. Except for the location, which is the highlight, the rest of the wine spots are not satisfactory. There were very few people at the front desk and there was no mineral water in the room. But you can connect your own tap water to boil (there is an electric kettle). There are vending machines in the lobby, but they are locked. Reception, very few people. If you want to drink mineral water, you need to walk to the supermarket 100 meters away. Therefore, we often see guests waiting in the lobby. Those who couldn't wait went up and downstairs looking for the receptionist (the boss), and the scene was chaotic. What is excessive is that the hotel owner and receptionist, who is rarely seen, actually had a row with the proprietress at the reception desk in Chinese! The content is vile!

The house is spacious and bright But other charges are high. Early check-in costs 40 pounds for 2 people. Buying 2 bottles of mineral water costs more than 7 pounds. The front desk is Chinese

The location is great. It only takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk to every tourist attraction in France. There are too many restaurants nearby, as well as many large supermarkets, and the ECB Opera building is next to the building. The hotel staff are very nice and enthusiastic, and they are also Chinese. The room is very big. Although the room is not luxurious, it is clean and tidy and has everything you need. The most important thing is that the price is cheap. The price-performance ratio is so high. Like it!

The location is extremely good. 1. The exhibition only takes two stops on the U4 subway. 2. Frankfurt’s Old Town, only a 3-minute walk away, offers various check-in hotspots and restaurants 3. There are also 2 streets full of various restaurants, including Loulan Xinjiang cuisine, Thai food, and Turkish food. The room is clean and the boss is friendly

Absolutely great location, within walking distance of both the main train station and city centre, with a tram right outside going to the natural history museum. The room was both clean and comfortable. Bathroom also. It was definitely not lacking in space but was still nice and warm while visiting in December. The receptionist was very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags in the room even though it was well before check in time. We arrived at 9 am, check in was 3 pm. One criticism I had was if you are a light sleeper, there is a lot of street noise and possibly a night club close by. Saturday night we had very loud music until early morning. I would recommend this place as a great budget hotel for a city break. Plenty of places to eat nearby too.

To all people looking for accommodation, stay away from the hotel! It is an absolute disgrace to even call the establishment a hotel. When we arrived, the reception (if you can even call it that) was not manned, so we had to call until a lady came after 15 minutes. Unfortunately, she didn't speak a single word of German or English. What we then found in the rooms (or "chambers" is more accurate) was the last straw for us. We got out of there and moved into another hotel immediately! NEVER AGAIN
