Pension Alpha - Frankfurt City Central Station

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in the past 20 years, and the price is about 1,500 yuan a night, which is comparable to small semi-basement hotels in China.

1) Distance considerations: The main reason for booking this hotel is convenience. It is only a 6-minute walk from the main railway station. When I return to China, I will make an appointment at Dr. Wang's clinic opposite the main railway station to do 2 nucleic acid PCR tests within 48 hours. P.S. Dr. Wang's clinic does not accept credit cards. It accepts Euro cash and WeChat Alipay transfers. 2) Hotel price, facilities and hygiene: I checked in on July 23, which was probably the beginning of summer vacation in Europe. The rooms were tight and the last double room was 90 Euros per night. It was a little expensive but it met my needs for PCR. A city tax of 6 Euros per day was charged when I checked in. The sanitation is good. I didn't stay in a room facing the street. It was very quiet and facing the parking lot. The bed was not big and there was no air conditioning. I could fall asleep after taking a shower at night and opening the window. The bathroom light was dim and the TV was a small TV hanging on the wall. Another point is that it meets my needs very well. You know that it is difficult to go anywhere in Europe without a car. There is a dedicated parking lot inside for 20 euros per night. I paid for 3 days. If you return the car early, you cannot get a refund. Breakfast should be 8 Euros, but I didn't have the experience because I wanted to sleep in. If the price comes down to normal, it will be very suitable for a one-day business trip, and it can also be the first choice for returning to China for nucleic acid testing or taking a train the next day. 3) Service: 5 stars, the front desk was nice. I arrived very late at 12 o'clock in the evening, and there was someone waiting for me at the front desk. When I checked out, they also helped me print the PCR report. 3) Surroundings: The streets leading out of the hotel are very safe. The hotel is very safe, but the three streets opposite the main entrance of the train station are a bit chaotic. You know Europe. There are DM and Rossmann across the road from the main entrance of the train station. Economical and affordable for large purchases, effervescent tablets are 0.45 euros per can 😊 There are many Chinese restaurants nearby, and the prices are not expensive, usually 12-18 per dish, but some restaurants only accept cash Overall, I am satisfied.
