I have stayed at this hotel few days ago ,it It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient,the reception staff was very kind and helpful,i was dressed in ladies business attire and i went to the reception and spoke to the ladies who were very kind,polite and respectful and they have encouraged me so much ,Ms Latifa the female receptionist was very nice and kind she was dressed professionally and she liked the ladies business attire i was wearing that time , also the lady in the housekeeping helped me to turn the ladies shirt collar on my blazer .

se robaron nuestra maleta de la habitación, en la cual estaba una Tablet, tarjetas de crédito, dinero en efevtivo ropa, etc. El sistema de seguridad del hotel es nulo. Un hotel para nada recomendable.

Es la primera vez despues de 20 anyos de viajar en Alemania que encuentro un hotel tan sucio en cuanto a que la basura del cliente anterior estaba en la habitacion y el banyo. No limpiaron bien. Algun dia no vino nadie a limpiar y no importo ya que lo hacen muy mal. Retiraban las toallas sin reponerlas. Creo que no les importa porque en ningun momento se disculparon por nada. Lastima porque sino fuera por esto, no estaria mal.

Stayed here for a work trip. Wouldn't recommend as in my locked hotel room, someone went through my bags, stole my laptop and iPad. Came back to my hotel room - still locked - but items now stolen. Getting Michael, the manager, to then deal with the request was difficult and now months on still have no correspondence from himself as he didn't want to deal with the situation. He has been rude and no help. Another member of staff helped me resolve the situation and receive rightful compensation. I also wouldn't recommend staying there because across the street (and the block really) is a lot of construction going on. Not really the fault of the hotel, but a warning as it is a long-term construction that will wake you up - particularly in the summer when you have the windows open. I do, however, want to thank the front of desk staff who do their absolute best and provide great service in spite of what Michael, the manager, can provide to them. If you are forced to stay here, don't take anything valuable or at the very least carry it with you at all times as it is not safe in the hotel room. Even if buried in your suitcase with a locked door.

Das Hotel liegt im Osten von Frankfurt am Main und befindet sich inmitten einer riesigen Baustelle. Werktags beginnen die Arbeiten um 6 Uhr, sodass man glatt auf seinen Wecker verzichten kann, weil der Lärm so laut ist. Das Bett war ok. Das Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage und bei den heißen Temperaturen der letzten Tage unerträglich heiß. Man musste das Wasser sehr lange laufen lassen, damit es warm wurde. Das Frühstück ist in der gegenüberliegenden Bäckerei einzunehmen.

Cet hôtel est à première vue sympathique (grandes chambres, localisation correcte, prix très faible), mais comporte de nombreux inconvénients : pas de clim (les couloirs sont en permanence à 40 degrés l'été), matériel quasi inexistant pour la kitchenette, etc... Autre point négatif durant notre séjour : une coupure d'eau (dont l'hôtel n'est pas responsable) nous force à changer d'hôtel, mais cet hôtel n'avance pas les frais de la nuit dans l'hôtel de remplacement ! En résumé, un hôtel très premier prix avec la qualité qui va avec : acceptable si vous n'y restez pas longtemps et que vous n'êtes pas très exigeants.
