The hotel rooms were a complete disaster after we had to change room 1 due to a lack of cleanliness (thanks to an external cleaning company) and room number 2 did not have a working heater. In the third and last room of our two-day trip, however, we were finally given a working and clean room.
The staff are very friendly, however, and the overall appearance of the hotel is very attractive and modern.
We found the parking fee a bit high at €35 per night, but broken windows would be much more expensive ;)
Overall, a trip with more negative than positive experiences, but we can highly recommend the hotel because of its great staff!
