Hotel rooms in Europe are all very small, and this one is no exception. It is not particularly large, but it is considered medium-sized among hotels in the center of Frankfurt, Europe. The space is not too big nor too small. However, their service needs to be improved. On 2/7, there was a girl at the front desk who did not speak English, and as a result, we missed the shuttle. Later, a manager paid for our taxi and took us to the venue. The floor of the bathroom was not cleaned and there were a lot of hair on it. The transportation is not very convenient. If you go to the venue, there is no convenient public transportation to take, and you have to change buses twice. The breakfast is ordinary, but filling.
