It was a nightmare!!! The worst experience I ever had with any accommodation in my life. I booked the room in this hotel a month before my trip, the booking was approved automatically, and fully paid. But when I arrived on place, they told me that they lost my reservation, and they are full, and cannot accommodate me… I was figuring out why, but the receptionist told me literally: “if you’re not leaving, I’ll kick you out!”. He used exactly these words. While I was handling this issue with booking service, the support agent said, that the host is contacting their support team too and explaining the opposite, like me requested the host to cancel my non-refundable reservation that was 1000% lie! This hotel is in the suburb, I booked it because I participated in sport event nearby. But we could find the alternative only in the city center (30 min by car).

I was only there for the night so I didn't explore the surroundings but it looked like there was plenty to do accoeding to the folder in the room. View from the room was great. The room was very nice as well, comfortable bed. Very friendly staff and parking in front. Good value!

De suite is zeer aan te bevelen, hele grote kamer met mooie badkamer. Het hotel heeft wat achterstallig klein onderhoud en de gordijnen in de hotel kamer zijn wel aan vervanging toe. De bedden zijn prima, en zoals altijd vinden wij de kussens te dun (maar dat blijft persoonlijk). Desondanks is het een aanrader op 10 km van Frankfurt centrum. Personeel is vriendelijk en de service goed verzorgd. Te voet te doen, en op een half uur lopen is er de metro. Genoeg restaurants in de buurt, maar ook in het hotel kun je heerlijk eten (wat we ook gedaan hebben).

Begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten die etwas weiter entfernt liegen. Die schwer nur zu Fuß zurück zu legen sind. Die nicht Rollstuhl gerecht sind. Im Hotel gibt es viele Stufen und um zum Zimmer zukommen gab es keinen Aufzug.

Mooi en goed hotel met prachtig uitzicht over Main dal en de skyline van Frankfurt. Hotel is in prima staat en is gerealiseerd in traditioneel Fachhaus (houten balken en pleisterwerk). Deze details zie je prachtig verwerkt terug in de kamer en badkamer. Eigen parkeerplaats is niet heel erg groot maar rondom voldoende mogelijkheden tot gratis parkeren. Rustige en gemoedelijke omgeving en toch vrij dichtbij Frankfurt. Tot de volgende keer!

Deze details zie je prachtig verwerkt terug in de kamer en badkamer. Eigen parkeerplaats is niet heel erg groot maar rondom voldoende mogelijkheden tot gratis parkeren. Rustige en gemoedelijke omgeving en toch vrij dichtbij Frankfurt. Tot de volgende keer!
