No air condition, no refrigerator / mini bar, furnitures are very old, no hotel slippers, broken shower, hot water setting constantly changes. Noise from other rooms can be heard a lot. Reception communication is very good. Very close to the Enkheim U Bahn station. It is a very expensive hotel compared to its facilities.

3 minutes ago on Google All in all a functional hotel to stay in. The furnishings are OK, as is the cleanliness. It's a good thing that there is different furniture. Some of the rooms have probably been renovated (because I can't confirm statements like they're awful and run down). The Hessencenter and the subway are very close by, as is a gas station opposite. Also a few hundred meters away are the Café Schokolino and the Pizzeria Dick and Doof. The employee Ms. Dobriec was very friendly and cooperative when I complained about noise at night and offered me compensation. I don't think it's a bad thing that the reception is only open until 11 p.m. There is a separate entrance right next to it with a safe (enter the code - key on a chain opens the door). You can also go out through the door in question and it doesn't set off an emergency alarm/color green.

Run down and dirty, unfortunately not recommended! The hotel is in dire need of renovation. The breakfast we paid for was not even available and there was no comfort at all. The bathroom was simply worn out and had obvious defects, and the room had moisture damage.

Überall muffiger Gerucht. Auf dem Toilettendeckel sind Haare. Überall auf dem Boden Dreck und Staub. Unverschämtheit, Gästen so etwas anzubieten. Fenster können nicht gekippt werden, sondern nur ganz geöffnet werden. Hier ist jeder Cent zu viel bezahlt!

Das ist wirklich unfassbar, dass es in Deutschland solche Hotels noch gibt! Schmuddelig und dreckig einfach Unfassbar. Unsaubere Handtücher, eine defekte Toilette und das Zimmer unsauber. Es ist verschenktes Geld hier einzuchecken, suchen weiter.
