Frankfurt Nieder-Erlenbach 3-star Hotels

The location is the best.. It's right in the city center, so you can take a short break whenever you get tired of walking around the city in the cold winter. It's good to go to Zile or a nearby bar at night and have fun, and transportation is also very accessible. The facilities are not bad for the price, but they're not that great either. Here are some facilities to check out.. There's an elevator in the building, so it's easy to move. When I checked in on the first day, they said there was water in the room, but there wasn't in our room.. Anyway, there's a coffee pot and tea bags, but there was no coffee. There's a refrigerator in the room.. They provide towels and change them every day! And they have an all-in-one shampoo and body wash in the shower room.

Without doubt, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in in this price range. Excellent value. The service, receptionist, room etc were all wonderful, and there is no better location in Frankfurt. Very comfortable bed, plenty of hot water pressure and a few international TV channels. The breakfast was exceptional, (especially as it was included in the room cost.) I would recommend this hotel 100% and will definitely stay again.

The location is very good, there are many places to visit around. Goethe's former residence is a two-minute walk, the cathedral is only a few minutes away, lv shopping is also a few minutes away, and the Main River is also a few minutes away. . . The room is not big, but the decoration is new. The breakfast is also good.

The hotel is centrally located, allowing you to get to the subway station without getting wet even in the rain. The hotel's impressive exterior makes it pleasant to enter and exit. I stayed in a deluxe room, which was quite spacious, had a sofa, and was quiet and comfortable. However, the air conditioning blew cold air constantly, making long sleeves and long pants necessary at night, even on days when the temperature exceeded 30°C during the day. I reported this to the front desk and they said they had sent a technician to fix it, but it was still cold. I was also surprised that, despite being a five-star hotel, the hotel only provided conditioning shampoo instead of shampoo and conditioner. While daily housekeeping is thorough, there are signs of aging and lack of maintenance. The staff are polite and punctual, but there is nothing particularly hospitable about them. You have to carry your suitcase to your room yourself, and they don't bring coffee or tea at breakfast. The breakfast menu was the same every day, but it was very delicious. The room amenities and the tea corner in the breakfast area were from Ronnefeldt, which was a great addition. As this is a classic hotel, the facilities are not up to par for a five-star hotel, but it is a fine hotel representing Frankfurt and the building and breakfast are excellent.

The online price of the room, does not include breakfast, requires an extra fee. Close to the Main River, there is a riverside view. But the room on the fifth floor is a roof, there is a bevel, and the space is small. The bathroom has a taste and is generally average.

It was my first time staying at JW Marriott. It was indeed a level higher than the ordinary Marriott in all aspects. In terms of service, the staff will take the initiative to help with the luggage, they are warm and friendly, and they will take the initiative to provide drinks when checking in. The room is fresh and tidy, the materials are solid, and there are appropriate artistic embellishments, giving people a sense of both administration and vacation. The sanitation is very good, and there is nothing wrong with the bedroom and bathroom. The hotel has a high floor of guest rooms, so the scenery outside the window is also satisfactory (although Frankfurt does not have any beautiful scenery). The dining environment for breakfast is very luxurious. It provides a semi-buffet + semi-a la carte breakfast, and you can order anything you want on the menu. The chef's cooking skills are superb, very satisfied 👍.

The location is great. It only takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk to every tourist attraction in France. There are too many restaurants nearby, as well as many large supermarkets, and the ECB Opera building is next to the building. The hotel staff are very nice and enthusiastic, and they are also Chinese. The room is very big. Although the room is not luxurious, it is clean and tidy and has everything you need. The most important thing is that the price is cheap. The price-performance ratio is so high. Like it!

The hotel reception service is good. The room is clean. I personally feel that the key lock is not convenient to open the door. You need to lock the door when entering and leaving.

Highly recommend! Modern new hotel with bold design especially in the use of colors. Spacious room and reasonably clean, though I deducted 1 mark from cleanliness due to the strong odor in the corridor from recent renovation and some dust on the inside of the wardrobe, leaving some dusts on the sleeves of my jackets as well. Excellent location, right next to the luxury shopping street and right in the heart of the city. Direct access to the S and U-bahn with escalators. Amenities-wise, you can ring the reception to get you anything you need, even curling iron! 10 out of 10! Would highly recommend!
