Room and bath spacious and clean, very helpful staff, comfortable beds. Good selections for breakfast. Eggs, well they're not good anywhere, but the rest was fine with several selections to start your day. They do have outside door and inside hall door in each ground floor room and no elevator if you get second floor. Our outside door had some significant daylight showing on both sides but the weather was not very hot or cold so it wasn't uncomfortable but in buggy weather I am sure they could fit through. Biggest negative was excessive road noise all night. Ask for a room in back.

Bathtub water was very difficult to turn on and off and was frustrating. The beds and room was otherwise fine. Location is good and the breakfast was veg good. The rooms aren’t very well insulated for sound but if you enjoy listening to your neighbors I guess it’s ok.

Clean and comfortable and close enough to local amenities and transport links. Not in the heart of the town. Didn’t make use of the swimming pool as no time but looked inviting. Staff were Friendly and easy access from car and then into hotel.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the breakfast room is too small. It took too long to find a table. That is the only downside. This is a well-maintained hotel. The beds are very comfortable.

The front desk people were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The young lady taking care of the breakfast kept it clean and well stocked. There is plenty to do around the area to keep you busy. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent clean rooms. Great breakfast The staff was personable and helpful. Good location We checked nearby distilleries such as buffalo trace and Woodford. Will come back. We’re here to hike also. Love the rolling hills and the horses.

This was the third time we have stayed here. Can't say enough great things about the experiences. The staff take good care of us, the room, pool, breakfast, and overall professional care has us coming back. We have family in Virginia and make a point in staying here to break up the 16 hour drive. Thanks Sam, Todd, Alanna, Brandon, and Rachel at the welcoming and helpful front desk. Also, Mike and Dave who keep the pool perfect, plus Misty and her housekeeping staff for a clean comfy room. A special thank you for the hearty breakfast. We don't do reviews of hotels too often,but this place is hands down a favorite! Hoping to be back sometime in 2026 . Take care guys!

This facility is fairly priced. Staff are all warm and welcoming. Room was clean, neat and well appointed. For the price this is a great deal.

Our group had over 35 rooms for three days. All of us agreed that we could not have been happier with our stay. Prior to booking, I visited many hotels and motels in Frankfort, looking for one that would best suit our needs. It quickly became clear that the Best Western Parkside Inn was the best choice. The rooms were clean and large, the breakfast is great. The pool and meeting areas were well maintained and clean. The best part though has to be the staff. The General Manager was amazing and a huge help to us. All of the staff were friendly and did everything to make sure we had a great stay... Thank you!
