Stayed here for a weekend with friends while visiting some distilleries in the local area. The front desk staff were excellent- the breakfast staff were excellent. The rooms were clean and quiet. The hotel overall is in a great location and the staff as stated are great! I highly recommend this hotel if in the area.

I would stay here again for a night or two if I venture back to Frankfort. Clean room and kind staff. Eggs and bacon were good breakfast. Very convenient location if you’re looking to go to distilleries. I am usually always satisfied with a Marriott!

We initially picked the hotel for the location and it served its purpose. It was right off the highway which was perfect for our distillery tours, including it being 10 minutes from Buffalo Trace, and had several options nearby for food. It was a very nice hotel and the front desk staff were very kind. The room was a standard room and the bathroom looked newly remodeled and nice. Our only small complaint with the room was that the pillows weren't super comfortable and there was some road noise with louder cars on the road. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast with options of waffles, oatmeal, eggs, and cereal, but a nice variety.

I stayed here for work in November. I really enjoyed the kind attention and efficient way the front desk staff dealt with my numerous queries. The room was spacious and I had room to work and sleep in a comfortable bed. The bathroom whilst not that modern was clean and did the job. The air conditioning/ heating worker but was a trifle noisy. Onsite breakfast was as expected and the room had a small fridge and microwave. Location of the hotel is good, with a grocery store / various shops only a short walk or ride away. Taxis are best booked in advance as they seem to be very busy. Good for them! I will use this hotel again should my business require it, no question.

We spent one night in a ground floor accessible room. It was comfortable and clean. the front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was good and coffee was available 24 hours which is a plus. There were many amenities that we didn't have time to enjoy. Everyone was kind and friendly We would stay again.

This hotel had ready good reviews so we booked it for an overnight stay. Upon arrival we noticed a strong odor in the lobby but did go ahead and checked in. After check in and going to our room we continued to notice a strong odor of mold. The employees here were great and allowed us to cancel our reservation and returned our money. This hotel needs a serious update and deep cleaning.

Stayed 2 nights and couldn’t ask for more. Hotel was under going some renovations but we couldn’t tell. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The staff from the front desk, housekeeping and morning breakfast are so kind. Great crew! Front desk even suggested a couple local restaurants and mentioned if we showed our key at Cattlemen’s we may get a discount (and we did) One thing I especially liked was the bright hallways. Only downside was the pillows were so hard. We asked for feather pillows and they couldn’t find any. Luckily our son was driving up later so we asked him to bring a couple. I would recommend this hotel.

When we checked in we was greeted by the front desk lady her name is Karen. She has to be one of the nicest lady I’ve ever met She was so polite and helpful with all our needs. We’ve stayed at many Hotels by Marriott but she was the kindest by far.!

From the minute we arrived until we departed, the entire staff could not have been more welcoming. Clean facility in and out. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Close to downtown Frankfort and several distilleries. We will be back.
