Great hotel! Located within minutes to shopping, dining and local attractions. Hotel and room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable and facilities were spotless!! Plenty of space outside of the room to lounge and mingle with other guests. We will definitely book again at this location! Highly recommend.

Clean, quiet, away from the hustle of the main drag. Had everything we needed and loved that there is room everyone to be comfortable in our family. Breakfast is standard, no variation that we saw over our stay. We did not use the pool but we saw others enjoying it.

Had a good stay for just one night on our trip. Check-in was easy and Jessie was helpful at front desk and also provided some good restuarant recomendations. Breakfast was decent and good enough to get us going without having to find an alternative. Hotel and rooms were clean, easy access to interstate, and would stay here again.

I stayed here for 4 nights while attending a conference in Frankfort. It was my first experience with Home2 Suites. What a disappointment. The TV kept cutting off about every 5 minutes. I reported this to 4 different people and the answer I got was that other guests also reported it and it was a problem throughout the hotel. It never got fixed. The room had a safe that didn’t work. It looked like someone drilled a hole through it. The breakfasts were sub average and the eggs in the bowls were inedible. The pillows and mattresses were uncomfortable and didn’t smell fresh. The computer in the lobby didn’t work. The kitchen and bathroom sink drains were slow. One of the light bulbs was out and I asked for one at the desk to replace it and they said they didn’t have a replacement. Our room was only minimally serviced by housekeepers. They came once during my 4 day stay. The dirty towels were taken but not replaced. The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted so I had to just turn it off. I received a text from Jesse about halfway though my stay asking how my stay was going. When I mentioned my concerns he didn’t answer back. My advice is to stay elsewhere in Frankfort.

I don’t know why my reviews are not posting. I guess google only wants to show the good reviews and not peoples honest opinions. First off the room and the building was good but the service lacks so bad. Who even works here? If you are there in the evenings good luck trying to find someone. They are off smoking that green leaf iykyk because when you do find someone that’s all you smell.

I stayed here with my husbands family. The building was nice but it was hard to find anyone that worked there in the evenings. They were always gone when we needed something. We had to wait forever at the desk when we just needed more pillows or wanted to purchase an item from the front. and when the guy did finally show up he wasn’t very nice. We stayed here before and didn’t ever have this problem but this stay was very inconvenient. Hopefully our next trip here the hotel being built across the street is done.

We stayed for 7 days. Desk staff were helpful & informative….pretty neat group to be honest. While we frequently utilize Hilton properties, this was our first Home2Suite stay. Our room was large & very clean. Furniture was comfortable, bed and linens were nice. Bathroom is large with walk in shower. Plenty of storage and closet space…all arranged in a modern space saving fashion. Nice desk with ergonomic chair. Dishwasher, microwave, nice fridge, and cleaning products. We had a suite with 65 inch LG TV in both the living area and bedroom. Hotel was quiet. House keeping kept things clean and neat. They had breakfast ready every morning with hot selections. We utilized the pool and weight room…..they were small, but served their purpose well.. While the room might not be as posh as other Hilton property, it worked for us as we were in and out all week. Would recommend this hotel.

This is a great place to stay. Very clean. Super nice people at the desk. Good breakfast included. HUGE rooms! They’re like nice, apartments. Nice area in the lobby that you are allowed to bring your own snacks and drinks and hang out. Very nice if you’re traveling with a group. Highly recommend.

The home2suites is the best place to stay in Frankfort!! Denise and Josh and the entire Home2 team do a phenomenal job. I stay there often and always feel like family! They go above and beyond - even switching out pillows once for my boss when he shared about an allergy he had. Love this hotel!
