Open floor plan, great space for families or friends looking to gather together in one place! New build finished in 2020. Open front deck, lower level walkout basement with patio area, lots of beds (and extra single mattresses in basement storage) to comfortably sleep 12 to 14. Two living areas to spread out if need be. Nice wooded walk to lovely downtown Frankfort, shops and dining, is just under one mile. A close walk and access to Lake Michigan and Frankfort beach! Short drive to nearby beautiful Crystal Lake.
