Great service and friendly staff at the property. We had a good stay. Watch out for the directions that you don't end up at the taxi rank.

The hotel is at a very convenient location, closer to shopping malls. Very clean and spacious rooms with friendly staff. I was not happy about the food in general, there was very limited variety and I believe a lot can be done to improve the dining experience. I appreciated the effort, but I found the food a bit underwhelming as it didn’t quite match the quality of the rest of the hotel.

All things were in order bar the TV which was not working. The service was top notch and I have no complaints. It is unfortunate that I have forgotten the name of the guy who helped us with our bags ( sadly all I can remember is that he said that he is Kalanga and it was the evening 13/07/25), but he deserves 5 stars on his own. Thank you

Great location in ffrancistown, great staff, beautiful garden. but the bathroom fixtures are not maintained as they are old and have scratches that make them almost look dirty
