1. Kindly refurbish the conference rooms. 2. Have projectors on the ceiling and take the security precautions like insurance and proper locking systems. 3. Have enough podiums for the conference rooms.

The room was spacious with comfortable bed, smart TV, fast wifi and reception service was great. The breakfast was great but more user friendly dishing utensils/tongs are needed

Cresta Thapama Hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city, which made my work stay very enjoyable, as I did not have to deal with the morning and evening commute. The staff was very friendly.

limited menu, noise from other rooms, limited tv channels room was very clean and the bedding impeccable room facilities and amenities well-presented but wasn't happy about wi-fi had to use mine staff was very helpful and friendly from the receptionist, porter, room service
