We enjoyed our stay. However we went down for dinner at 7pm to be told that dinner wasn’t starting until 7.30pm , there was no signage up saying this so we’re not happy as we wanted an early dinner as we had been travelling over 24 hours. Saying that the food was excellent we chose of the a la carte menu as we didn’t want the buffet
Breakfast was very good, a wide variety of food was available
The room was good with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower
Staff were all very friendly

Estive hospedado nesse hotel recentemente e fiquei impressionado com a qualidade dos serviços, possui vaga para carro bem próximo ao front desk, os quartos são confortáveis e possuem ar quente e frio, Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e prestativos, respondendo rapidamente às mensagens no WhatsApp, recepcionista me ajudou em um pedido o que mostra a atenção e o cuidado que eles têm com os hóspedes.
O café da manhã foi espetacular, com várias opções gostosas e frutas frescas, senti falta de um lounge bar, que no momento estava inativo, mais recomendo fortemente esse hotel para quem busca uma estadia confortável e com ótimo atendimento. Nota 10/10!

The hotel has been very well stayed. I believe the hotel has improved its infrastructure considerably. The reception service was excellent, they offered us parking, the room was clean and clean. Morning breakfast has several options, they could only repair the items that end faster.
The only point that has disturbed us a little was the air conditioning noise in the room, but not to the point of overcoming the experience.

A nice property very much with a family vibe and rooms spread out across a number of villas. The room was decently comfortable but quite basic, and with some curious absences, including tissue, and glasses or mugs or a cup of any kind, for which one apparently needed to ask. The buffet, both dinner and breakfast, was ok, though a bit more focused on quantity than quality, and the breakfast dining room was much more university dining hall than luxury resort. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming, though, and a tranquil spot to spend a couple days while visiting the falls and other attractions.

The hotel is already old and needs modernization. But they're still milking tourists for money, even though they're paying. This was my last time here, because the noise is incredibly bothersome. You can hear almost everything in the room, and the insulation is very poor. You can hear your neighbor and also outside noises. Very bad.
The rest seemed great to me, and the staff was very friendly.

I liked the service at the reception, we arrived and checked and all right the service in the room was good, simple but cosy room, the bathroom was good even with a little detail when closing the laundry, The simple breakfast was a juice option, 3 bread options and other cold options, coffee and milk cakes, the very beautiful pool area like screws and gourmet area, have kitchen and refrigerators place to make your own food, very nice and quiet posed 7/10
