Hotel apenas razoável, estrutura já antiga, deteriorada pelo tempo.. não é possível considerar como 5 estrelas conforme anunciado. O destaque positivo fica para o parque aquático Blue Park que é ótimo. O destaque negativo vai para o trip.com que anunciou como se o ingresso ao parque aquático estivesse incluso e não estava.. causando grande constrangimento no check-in.

I am very satisfied with the location, environment and hygiene of the hotel. There is nothing to complain about. It is indeed a famous hotel in the United States. There is also a large shopping mall next to it with many restaurants to choose from.

O hotel não é ruim, mas está em reforma e dita muitas regras que as vezes assusta um hóspede que está indo relaxar a passeio. São muitas observações e detalhes que você se sente pressionado mesmo num momento de lazer. O quarto é confortável.

I really liked the hotel, my stay was just a few days and very satisfactory, the room was clean and organized, the bathroom was also very good. Service was excellent, I asked for tips on tours because it was my first time going, the receptionist was very helpful, gave good tips and even made a map. I really liked the breakfast, excellent variety of things to eat. My son loved the pool and so did I. I have no complaints about anything. Very pleasant and I recommend it.

Positive points: - we arrived before the check-in time and we managed to access the room, because we were tired and hungry - you have some accessible and good food restaurants near the hotel (but in weekends you don't open) - quiet place - if you want cleaning in the room, just leave the key at the reception - air conditioning worked well - TV worked - we could use the freezer without problems - we could ask food for the ifod and wait for delivery without problems - 24-hour reception - very sympathetic hotel team - excellent breakfast - bus point next to the hotel that goes to the centre and the terminal - by car, stay at about 15 minutes from the center - is close to Paraguay - down the street on the left side, you have a few shops, a wide-split shop is a good access Negative points: - We complained three times because the shower was leaking water without stop, it was rugm to sleep in the night and left the whole bathroom wet.
