Firstly, that they have an "excuse" that is not stated anywhere in writing!! That you need to ask 24 hours in advance and secondly, because the concierge only works at certain hours, it is impossible to get to him if you are on an excursion all day! Thus, for the lie that they offer a free transfer here, I give a low rating. I also didn't like the air conditioner, which blew directly into the bed, it was uncomfortable and unpleasant. If you turn it off, it's very stuffy, with the air conditioner on it's very cold. The towels are old. There are ants on the floor and on the table.
