I enjoyed staying at the hotel.

It is perfect for those who go shopping in Paraguay. On the modest side, I was a little apprehensive because the value was low, but I have nothing to say. The hotel receptionists are extremely nice. I stayed 1 week, so I have property to talk about. It's just the breakfast that doesn't change, even so I have nothing to complain about, besides being close to bus stations too. The facilities are new people, there is a market nearby, if you don't want to go by uber to the friendship bridge you can walk. As a woman, I've been there a few times. I will be back

Strengths: - we arrived before check-in time and managed to access the room, as we were tired and hungry - there are some affordable restaurants with good food, close to the hotel (but on weekends they are closed) - very quiet place - if you want your room cleaned, just leave the key at reception - air conditioning worked well - the tv worked - we could use the fridge without problem - we could order food through ifood and wait for delivery without any problems - 24 hour reception - very friendly hotel staff - excellent breakfast - bus stop next to the hotel that goes to the center and to the terminal - by car, it is about 15 minutes from the center - is close to Paraguay - Going down the street on the left side, there are some shops, thrift stores and very accessible snack bars Negative points: - we complained 3 times because the shower was pouring water non-stop, it was rukm to sleep at night and it left the bathroom all wet. We understood that the problem was big (that we would have to break the wall in the registration area and etc…) but they didn't help us to alleviate the problem. At check-out we got a discount on the waters we bought - sometimes the internet dropped in some parts of the hotel - the tv was not smart and it was quite small - very small towels - the pool only had clear water on the first day we arrived, on the fifth day we decided to enter the pool, but the water was already very cloudy and greenish - one of the single mattresses that made up the double bed had a big dip and we kept turning the mattress - we saw a cockroach in the restaurant and 4 dead in the poison box in the kitchen - on the weekend there is nothing open nearby. To eat, just order some delivery or go downtown - although the breakfast was excellent, the menu was always the same every day
