Las instalaciones del hotel muy viejas. No funcionaba bien el agua caliente. El inodoro perdía agua. El colchón muy incómodo. No había aislacion acústica. Las toallas y sábanas no estaban del todo limpios. La presión del agua era muy mala. El desayuno era aceptable. No repetiría nunca. Hay otras opciones en Foz al mismo precio y mucho mejores

Hotel con muy buena ubicación, a metros de la calle principal. Hotel bien ambientado, limpio, prolijo. Habitación espaciosa, comoda, en buen estado. Muy correcta atención del personal. Baño bueno, moderno, accesorios suficientes y de buena calidad. Desayuno excelente, fresco y variado. La cena en la media pensión buffet, con alternativas interesantes, suficientes, productops de muy buena calidad y gustosos. En definitiva, una excente opción para alojarse en Foz de Iguazu.

Ótima relação custo x benefício
Otimo hotel com relação custo x benefício. Quarto e banheiro bem limpos e café da manhã muito bom. Ficou devendo apenas com a qualidade do Wi-Fi que em horário de pico ficava péssimo e também por não possuir rampa ou acessibilidade para acessar a piscina.

Seconda volta in questo hotel, buona posizione, stanze confortevoli e colazione molto variegata. Solo un piccolo problema, hanno prelevato i soldi della carta ma a loro non risultava pagato, ho dovuto chiedere assistenza a hotels.

Mi sono recato alle 11 e mezzo di sera per fare il check in, dopo un attimo di sconcerto mi hanno dirottato nell'attiguo Foz Presidente Economy hotel, nome quasi uguale, non bisogna neanche uscire dalla struttura, era molto tardi, ho creduto nella loro buona fede, in più loro non parlano quasi inglese quindi la prima notte l'ho passata in una stanza orrenda in una struttura che sembra una caserma. Sostenevano che non risultasse la prenotazione che invece era stata già anche pagata. La mattina seguente è saltata fuori la mia prenotazione e mi hanno offerto un upgrade per il disguido...non mi ha ripagato e attendo che Agoda mi rimborsi la notte non usufruita. La nuova struttura è carina con una bella piscina, la nuova stanza era molto bella e la colazione è buona. State molto attenti se cercheranno di fregarvi
